Frequently asked questions:

• Can you ship urgently?

Unfortunately these are dangerous goods and can only go with specialist courier companies. They cannot travel with other kinds of dangerous goods, so can take up to 10 working days. We cannot do anything about this to speed it up.

• Can we buy from your shop?

We are a firework company and do not have a shop. We have a distribution centre in Auckland and Christchurch. No stock is kept on site.

• The freight charge is high, how come it is so expensive?

As above, the items need to travel on specialist courier service. We cannot use standard couriers. Additionally, products must be stored securely in specialist dangerous goods storage. We have to charge a handling fee for getting these from secure storage to our distribution centres.

• Can I pick up my order instead?

For North Island pick ups, use the code 'Pickup Auckland'. For South Island pick ups, use the code 'Pickup Christchurch'. Note, a handling fee is still charged and Shopify will show this as a shipping fee. Once the order is manually confirmed by one of our team, a fulfilment email will be sent to you with address and contact details. Generally pick up would not be available until at least the next working day as stock is not held on site ready for dispatch.

• These are dangerous goods, are they safe for me to use?

Once sold and delivered to a customer, they are treated the same as fireworks you can buy in November (retail fireworks). They produce a little bit of heat and a safe handling information sheet is provided with the product. Once in your possession, you are free to use and transport them as you would with retail fireworks. You cannot take these on a plane or ferries.
