Faults and Returns

Due to shipping restrictions no returns are possible if you change your mind.

If you have a faulty product we will need it retuned for inspection before we can progress towards a refund. 

Please do not dispose of the product in general waste as it presents a fire risk.

Contact us for a suitable location to drop off any faulty items and we will then be able to issue a refund.
