Shipping policy

Shipping is available New Zealand wide; rates are calculated by the location of the delivery address (North Island or South Island).

During the checkout process your shipping rate will be estimated but we will need to confirm this is correct before we can dispatch the order. For addresses outside the main centres it will likely have an additional cost.

All shipping rates include dangerous goods tickets. This is included in the prices quoted to ensure all our items are shipped safely in accordance with New Zealand law.

Couriers estimate that under normal shipping circumstances orders should be delivered within approximately 14 working days. Please note that due to COVID-19, nationwide shipping delays may mean that items can take longer, especially within the Auckland region. We appreciate your patience.
